Please read this advert carefully. This gearbox is from a 2005 A4 B7 3.0 TDi automatic. When I bought the car, it had a fault whereby it would sometimes not find a gear. I took this gearbox out, and had it diagnosed by Planet Gears as a faulty drum. This included new drum, solenoids, seals, oil pump etc. This was about 6 months ago. I then refitted this gearbox, did 50 miles at which point it went bang. My mechanic had forgot to fill the differential oil reservoir. The main box had plenty of oil. The differential is scrap. The shaft from the differential is also damaged, and has worn away some of the casing. The internals of the box however will be fine, as they are separate. So this would make an excellent source of practically new components. You are welcome to come and have a look and inspect the box for yourself of course. In these cases the police WILL be contacted as this is obtaining goods by deception. Apologies to all the genuine buyers out there. CONDITION Most of the items I sell are in used condition.
